Sunday 30th October – 8.30pm: ‘Opening Party’! – an introduction from me and a chance for you all to say hi and get to know each other! 

Tuesday 1st November – 10.00am: #Day1 – ‘Working Out Your Why‘ – 15 minute Live in the group to explain the challenge and answer any questions. 

Wednesday 2nd November – 10.00am: #Day2 – ‘Who Are You Selling To? Your Ideal Client Explained’ – 15 minute Live in the group to explain the challenge and answer any questions

Thursday 3rd November – 10.00am: #Day3 – ‘What Will be Your Specialism?’ – 15 minute Live in the group to explain the challenge and answer any questions

Friday 4th November – 10.00am: #Day4 – ‘Where Will They Find You? Getting Visible On and Offline’ – 15 minute Live in the group to explain the challenge and answer any questions 

Monday 7th November- 8pm: #Masterclass:  ‘Properly Pricing your Wedding Cakes’ – 45 minute Live ‘Closing Party’ with an exclusive training where I explain how to price those wedding cakes so that you are actually making a profit, why wedding cakes should be more expensive than celebration cakes, how to quote with confidence and I’ll also let you in on how much I charged for some of my recent wedding cakes! I’m an open book, and there will be time for Q&A so do come armed with anything you want to know about the business of wedding cakes. Prize winners to be announced – spot prize also given to a Masterclass Live attendee. This will be held on the Lauren Grace Cake Coach Facebook Page

After a mini training each morning (10am sharp!), I’ll set you a small task to complete. If you can join live and complete the task on the day that’s ideal. You will also be in with a chance to play the ‘Wedding Cakes Winners Wall!’ to pick a daily prize – but only if you’re there watching at the start of the live!

However, I understand work and family commitments may make this difficult, so the trainings will of course be available on replay, and you can submit your tasks up until midday on Monday 7th November, so there is ample opportunity to catch up. And you can still be in with a chance of winning prizes by completing all the tasks!

Prizes will be awarded as follows: 

• “Sharer Carer” – any time you share the challenge to your business Facebook page or Instagram story / grid, or in another cake group (as long as this is allowed by their rules!) you will be entered into a draw to win a stencil of your choice (max value £40) from Cake Stuff! Each share counts as one entry and you can start now! Just tag me (@laurengracecakecoach) on your post and I’ll enter you into the draw!
• “All Done” – everyone who completes and posts all four parts by 12pm on 07/11/2022 will be entered into a draw to win a one hour 1-1 strategy session with me
• There will also be spot prizes for joining the lives, ranging from a bottle of prosecco, to a subscription to Cakes & Sugarcraft Magazine, amongst other fab things, so keep an eye out for them as we go along.

And finally there will be a mystery spot prize awarded on the Mastermind Live (see above)
